Auxpanel Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of Auxpanel, a service created by Auxpanel, Inc. (“Auxpanel Incorporated”).

Auxpanel is intended for dental professionals and includes a method for syncing, analyzing, and visualizing practice management records as well as generating and sharing related reports. As such, Auxpanel collects information about you and your practice.

We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our current service as well as to develop new ones.

We do not share your personal or practice information with third parties without your consent, other than:

• To comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process (provided that we will endeavor to notify you if we have received a lawful request for your information);
• In an emergency, including to protect the personal safety of any person;
• In the case of or toward the sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets;
• In an aggregate or de-identified way that does not include personally identifiable information from either you, your staff, or your patients; and
• As needed to ship or bill for our products and services.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Auxpanel by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your Auxpanel accounts or our ongoing business relationship. You may also send requests about your contact preferences, changes and deletions to your information including requests to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties by emailing support@auxpanel.com.

We will respond within ninety (90) days to any request to delete your information.

We are committed to the confidentiality of your information and provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, your practice management data is encrypted both at rest and in motion in accordance with HIPAA standards. Although we will take reasonable steps to safeguard and maintain security, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches, including breaches caused by the unauthorized use of your account through a stolen device logged into our service or the disclosure of your password to another party.

As such, as an authorized user, you are responsible for the security of:

• your Auxpanel personal login credentials or session data;
• any screen, device, and network that you use to access Auxpanel; and
• any files or data downloaded or exported from Auxpanel, including any further distribution.

Furthermore, as an authorized user, you agree to not:

• provide or share your personal login credentials or session data to others;
• allow any unauthorized third party to access Auxpanel at any time without our permission;
• knowingly breach any Auxpanel security measure.

Auxpanel Incorporated may change this policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this policy, we will change the “last updated” date above. You agree that your continued use of our services after such changes have been published to our services will constitute your acceptance of such revised policy.
